I can teach you how to listen to your body so that you can begin to make decisions based on what YOU need rather then what you think other people want or expect from you. The therapeutic relationship is a very important part of the healing process, and I strive to create a warm and healing environment for my clients . When I am not working I enjoy spending time outdoors enjoying the Florida sun. I reading all kinds of books and I have recently started rollerblading which is something I used to enjoy as a preteen and have discovered that I still love it! My personal life experiences have led me to the wonderful field of clinical social work. I have been through some hardships at a relatively young age. These hardships led me on a journey towards wanting to help others due to understanding and being able to empathize with suffering. I have been through hardship but have also been able to see how beautiful things can be on the other side. I am able to hold that hope for my clients until they can hold it for themselves.
